The Blue Diamond Drink List is unashamedly huge and diverse catering to all tastes.

The Wine List boasts a choice of premium local and imported wines exploring a range of regional and varietal styles.

If it’s beer you are after an excellent selection of local and international styles from refreshing lagers to robust ales are on offer.

Premium spirits and liqueurs also feature heavily with hundreds of brands gracing the Blue Diamond’s shelves. They range from the finest malt whiskies to an exotic selection of French brandies, rums, vodkas and gins. The list goes on.

Perhaps capturing the most imagination amongst patrons is the list of superbly crafted cocktails, from tried and true renowned classics to a unique selection of signature originals.
